In cooling mode, it can convert 35 degrees heat from the air into 7 degrees water and works with a capacity of 9.57 kW and an efficiency of EER 2.77. In hot water mode, it can convert 20 degrees of heat from the air into 55 degrees water and works with a capacity of 14.18 kW and an efficiency of COP 4.35.
